Jason D Rowe

I worked at a plant, and hired Jason when I was injured on the job at a plant not too long ago. I had signed an arbitration agreement when I started working there, and had other attorneys tell me that I'd be able to recover less because of that, and one attorney who said he just didn't know much abou...t arbitration. Jason completely understood the arbitration process and didn't let it phase him at all. Our company worked with Mr. Rowe earlier this year on several very serious situations and he was able to bring about a very positive outcome in each of them. During the entire process, he was very punctual with all meetings and responsive to all of our calls in between meetings. After the resolut...ion of those matters, we also asked Mr. Rowe to review our business practices for areas of potential improvement to help prevent similar situations. He was able to identify several areas where we could implement better practices to protect ourselves in the future. It was helpful to have a lawyer who understood our business before we even had our first face-to-face meeting. Mr. Rowe was always prepared and always efficient. We enjoyed him being there for our company and are very happy with the results.

We were looking to potentially purchase two businesses, but the other side continually stalled on getting us the information we needed to complete the purchase. We had to cancel the purchase after the deadline for them to give us information had passed, but they refused to refund us the earnest money... we were owed as a result of the sale not going through. We tried to resolve the matter on our own for several months. My only regret is not hiring Mr. Rowe sooner to help with the purchase from the beginning. Not only did he get us our money back without us even having to go to court, but he got us interest on what we were owed, and the other side even paid all attorney fees.
