DWI dismissed
I was charged with DWI. Tami was able to get my case dismissed after a lot of hard ground work and after reviewing all of the evidence involved. She also kept me informed of any new details along the way.

AMAZING
Tami from the start has been very honest and upfront. I am very lucky to have been pointed in her direction. The cost is reasonable and she allowed me to make payments. Always responded to emails and voicemails. I can't thank her enough for getting the case dismissed.

Great Lawyer
Not the least expensive lawyer you can find but you get what you pay for. She got my case dismissed completely. She was available any time I had any questions or concerns and kept me completely informed. This is more than I can say for any other lawyer I have ever dealt with before! I would, and have...
"Tami is an awesome lawyer and someone I trust and respect in the legal community. She and I both have law enforcement backgrounds, so we have become friends and we regularly confer with one another on our cases. I'm always impressed with the preparation and effort she puts into her cases. She handles herself in a professional manner and has the type of demeanor that gives her a strong presence in the courtroom. I have no reservations giving my full endorsement to Tami."
"Tami is an excellent lawyer and gets great results for her clients. She is knowledgeable of the law and can communicate effectively with prosecutors to get the desired result."
"Outstanding lawyer. Very dedicated to her clients. I've worked against her as a prosecutor and seen her in action as a criminal defense lawyer. I highly recommend her."
"Tami is a very smart and hard working attorney. She is also one of the only few to pull off a blood test acquittal using he disconnect defense. She did it in Montgomery County too. Kudos, Tami!!"
"I endorse this lawyer. I recently watched Tami defend a client in a DWI trial. She did an excellent job and her level of preparation was evident in the way she held the State to their lack of proof. I would definitely recommend her legal services."
"Tami Pirece is a dedicated advocate for her clients. She has the unique advantage of being a former licensed peace officer and uses this advantage in her zealous defense of any criminal charge.I endorse this lawyer."
"I endorse this lawyer. I had the pleasure of assisting Ms. Pierce on a Driving While Intoxicated trial recently. She prepared diligently, was familiar with the facts and law, and fought zealously. She brings life experience to representing her clients and providing a top-notch defense. Highly recommended."
