After graduating magna cum laude from law school, Marc received a Federal judicial clerkship with the Honorable Mary Lou Robinson, U.S. District Judge for the Northern District of Texas, Amarillo Division.
Marc’s experience is heavily based in handling commercial litigation, insurance defense and coverage litigation; personal injury cases, products and premises liability matters, construction defect litigation, professional negligence, and bad faith litigation. Marc also has experience as an independent insurance adjuster focusing on construction defect claims.
Marc successfully prepared and argued motions before various State and Federal courts in Texas, handled numerous depositions, and tried numerous jury and bench trials to verdict.
