Hands down the best family law attorney in Texas!

Adam is very meticulous in his approach and cares for the wellbeing of his client and the kids involved the case. I cannot express how grateful I am to have had Adam in my corner. Throughout the process Adam was not only professional but also compassionate. What really stood out to me was his exper...tise and passion for family law.

If i could give no stars, I would.

This attorney screwed me in a child custody case. He didn't subpoena witnesses I requested for my case. He interviewed the ones who showed up willingly on Saturday, when our case was on Monday. He didn't inform me a parenting class was required and was scolded by the judge in pretrial. He came in tot...ally unprepared and didn't include incriminating line of questions I had discussed with him when I hired him. He lacked the basic knowledge that transcripts could be requested of a child speaking to the judge in quarters. I had to research independently to request right of first refusal. I had next to no communication with him from the time I hired him to 4 days before we went to trial. What he claimed would be a slam dunk case cause me to LOSE visitation.

Outstanding and professional

Adam Deitrich was my lawyer for a custody modification case. He did everything I wanted a lawyer to do in my case. He helped change my perception of lawyers. He took the time to hear my issues and worked to do what was needed to validate my concerns in my case. He really worked for the best inter...est of my children and strongly advocated for me. He was honest about what to expect and how to work through my case as events unfolded and even changed. He has the “teeth” to be a strong lawyer but only pulls them out if and when needed. He knows how to develop a strategy for the case. He is well respected amongst his community and has a good rapport with judges. He knows his community and knows how judges, lawyers, and others involved in my case work and respond. He has a great team of professionals on his team who have earned my respect. They all listened and were attentive to my concerns.

Excellent CPS adoption attorney

We hired Adam when our now adopted son was first placed with us by CPS. We expected CPS would try to reunite him with his birth mother and we would need to intervene in the case and go to trial. I am an attorney as well but specialize in criminal law. I knew I needed an attorney that not only was an ...expert in family law but also had excellent working relationships with the other attorneys involved and the court. Adam was just that and more. Attorneys make terrible clients but he was able to keep me calm throughout the whole process. Adam knew when to push hard and when to show restraint. He succeeded in terminating parental rights and then moved our son's adoption along quicker than expected. He was with us from the day we met our son as a newborn until his adoption was finalized at 16 months old. I couldn't have asked for a more professional or caring attorney, and I'm so grateful that he's a part of our son's adoption story.

Excellent Attorney

I have known Adam for almost seven years, and I have had the opportunity to work with Adam in several capacities, professionally and personally. I can say that he always represents his clients fully and has their best interests in mind. When I needed help with my divorce, I contacted Adam. Once... Adam agreed to represent me, I felt like I could breathe again because I was confident that Adam would "have my back". He immediately assessed what needed to happen in my situation, and took action. Adam and his staff answered all my questions in a timely fashion, by either phone, email, or text message. Adam was with me for every step of the process. Adam prepped me for mediation, so that I was fully prepared for these discussions. When I had an unrealistic expectation, Adam let me know it was not going to work the way I thought it should. I appreciated that Adam was always honest with me. My outcome was very positive for me and my children. Since my divorce was final, I have contacted Adam on different occasions regarding probate issues as well as questions about a power of attorney. Adam has been responsive and helpful in these areas as well. I will be using Adam again to obtain a power of attorney in the near future. I recommend Adam to anyone needing an attorney, and especially in the area of divorce and separation, child custody issues, and mediation.
