This attorney screwed me in a child custody case. He didn't subpoena witnesses I requested for my case. He interviewed the ones who showed up willingly on Saturday, when our case was on Monday. He didn't inform me a parenting class was required and was scolded by the judge in pretrial. He came in tot...ally unprepared and didn't include incriminating line of questions I had discussed with him when I hired him. He lacked the basic knowledge that transcripts could be requested of a child speaking to the judge in quarters. I had to research independently to request right of first refusal. I had next to no communication with him from the time I hired him to 4 days before we went to trial. What he claimed would be a slam dunk case cause me to LOSE visitation.

We where referred to Adam in regards to a Custody case. I was very impressed with him after our first meeting and we retained him.
