Biography
I have 26 years of experience practicing family, bankruptcy and probate law with a wide range of cases. I strive to help clients work through issues before they become high conflict litigation. Clients can count on honest, expert legal care. In Family Law, I have handled divorce cases ranging from $40 million to $400. I have experience in property division, custody litigation, modification, paternity, child support and adoption, and have special skills in grandparent access and conservatorship. I began my career working for one of the few Bankruptcy Trustees in Houston, prosecuting bankruptcy fraud and administering bankruptcy cases. With this experience under my belt, I understand both sides of the table and I am expertly equipped to help clients with consumer and business Chapter 7 and 13 cases. Not Worth The Money!
My divorce went to mediation. The opposing attorney ran a bluff regarding spousal support, not called for in the situation. Ms McGuire recommended I accept it, which I did. Excellent Custody Attorney
