Melissa became my court appointed attorney for an family violence case. 3rd degree felony violation of protective order and impeding breath. Even though the insurance case was dismissed, because it was a fraudulent claim, my ticket was never dismissed. Fast forward to early 2021. I was arrested on the two-year-old fraudulent warrant from the fraudulent accident claim. Miss Dickson was always on time. Always well acquainted with the facts and the current status of my case.
