I contacted Erin around mid-morning to help review some contract language which had to be completed that very day and notarized and submitted before the evening. Despite her busy schedule, she understood the urgency and agreed to help. Erin was thorough, yet quick with the asked tasks. She reviewed... the documents again after the other party’s lawyers made some changes and added language to protect her client. I hired Erin Eckert, a construction contracts attorney, to help me with a company that would not acknowledge I had canceled my bath remodeling contract via email and continued to send me invoices from their third-party financing company. I was initially referred to Ms. Eckert by another Attorney. Ms. Eckert answered my first phone call (rare from my experiences) and she provided invaluable information, assistance and advice. After spending more time evaluating the information I sent her, and discussing my case, she told me exactly ...when she would get back to me and she did exactly that. I'm a seasoned 13 yr Career Contractor and had my first disagreement with a Client 8 months ago. So I hope I don't have to use her services again but in this World it may be necessary, especially when dealing with larger contract as I was dealing with in these 2 issues.
