Erin Elisabeth Eckert

I’ve hired Erin many times over the years. She was the corporate attorney for the multi-continent company where I worked. In that role, we collaborated on many difficult and complex contracts and Erin was excellent - even earning positive comments from opposing counsels for her tough, astute diploma...cy. Sometime after I left the company, Erin started her own practice. I’ve used her legal expertise several times since then and, most recently, I hired her when we had a contract suit filed against my new employer. Erin was superb. She researched the plaintiff and discovered issues that worked to our advantage. Due to her extensive work in the Houston area, she was familiar with the judge and knew the best way to handle the myriad filings, discoveries, motions and deadlines. She expertly guided us through the entire ordeal, accurately anticipating various strategies, tactics and actions by the other side based on her experience, knowledge, abilities and research. The ultimate outcome was much better than we had hoped! Whenever I have worked with Erin over the years, I have always had a comfortable confidence that the results of her hard work, her knowledge, her experience and her skills would result in an excellent outcome. Erin took the time to hear us out on our side of the story. She did her own research on a number of different ways to help us out of the bind we were in. When the day finally came, she was a superstar and fought for what was right and fair to the very end. When it was all said and done - she took the... time to explain how to avoid future issues and offered to help us in getting better equipped to protect our business and ourselves. I'm a seasoned 13 yr Career Contractor and had my first disagreement with a Client 8 months ago. It looked like it was headed down the litigious path so I hired Erin who came from a personal referral. First it was to deal with this one issue that seemed impossible for me to win because my Client wa...s an Attorney. Well, she got me out of that mess I don't know how but she has a way to leverage her knowledge, skill set, and construction experience toe to toe intelligently with any other Attorney any day of the week. Fortunately for me, Erin knows her subject matter really well regarding Construction, and this other Client didn't know as much. She worked her magic and got me paid on this one, which to my surprise I thought would be impossible. I was happy with just walking away without any big lawsuits. So my ROI with Erin thus far has been amazing, and she is worth every penny and more. When we first met her strong assertive attitude struck me and made me question if we would really be a good fit. So I took a chance, and now knowing her passion and Heart for her Clients, I am glad I took that chance on Her. She really cares about her Clients and will Fight vigorously and will Win that's the bottom line for her, she doesn't take prisoners! And that's exactly who you want on your side representing you when you're in trouble. Oh, and she's real smart and creative too! So I hope I don't have to use her services again but in this World it may be necessary, especially when dealing with larger contract as I was dealing with in these 2 issues. Therefore, if it were to happen again you bet your tail I'll be retaining Erin in a heartbeat without doubt, and will be feeling pity for the opposing side! When Erin steps in the picture I just immediately feel calm, let go of all anxiety and fears, and just know I'm safe and in the right hands. Thank you Erin, you really are the best! Your #1 Fan!
