Outstanding Attorney

Gregg guided me through a very difficult divorce. During an extremely challenging time in my life, Gregg always served as the one voice of competency and reason. He was extremely responsive, involved, caring, kind, and compassionate. Gregg went way above and beyond and always explained things in a wa...y that made sense. If it weren't for Gregg, I truly don't believe that my divorce would have been settled. I am forever grateful to him and cannot recommend him enough. Genuinely compassionate, experienced, knowledgeable, and eloquent

Mr. Gregg Dasher has been our attorney for a complex business dispute since May 2019. I am a physician, and also as an expert witness in medico-legal cases for years, I have observed numerous attorneys presenting their clients or the government before judges and juries, in administrative hearings or ...federal court. I have also reviewed numerous correspondences from various attorneys in my line of work as well as in our current business dispute. I say with great confidence that Mr. Dasher stands out for his personal and professional attributes. He is kind and caring and puts his client’s interest first. Litigations are very stressing in nature and ours is very complex. Knowing that unprepared lawyers, regardless of their experience and professional reputation are unlikely to succeed, we had to let go two previous attorneys for our current case. Those lawyers are well-known in the legal community in Houston, and have extensively published in business law. However, they were not attentive enough to appreciate the complexity of our case, and the importance of effective communication with their client. On the other hand, Mr. Dasher has shown genuine interest in understanding our case. His broad knowledge seems to have been acquired over many years of practicing law and conducting extensive research for his complex cases. This has reassured us that we are in good hands. Since the onset of our attorney-client relationship, we have realized that Mr. Dasher exercises caution to make sure that our case will not be compromised in any way. He does not believe in frivolous claims and bullying, and knows how to properly handle unscrupulous lawyers. His approach in a complex case like ours has been strategic and not only tactical. Mr. Dasher’s professional manner has facilitated our communications, which has been instrumental for us to operate is a synergistic manner. I observed his presentation to the judge, eloquently summarizing the facts of our complex case in only a few minutes, while the opposing counsel was rambling on the false allegations in her frivolous claim. His presentation was truly impressive and comforting to us. Given the complexity of our case, we have been prepared for a legal marathon. Mr. Dasher’s wisdom and genuine interest in the outcome rather than his personal interest make our defense against a much wealthier corporation quite feasible, and give us a bright outlook of the final outcome that we will prevail. Lastly, regardless of the outcome of our current case, I feel that I have found a new friend with very fine personal attributes. What I enjoy the most is his genuine enthusiasm and compassion to help his clients even those with limited resources.
