There are many many better attorneys...
FIND A DIFFERENT ATTORNEY!!!!! David does not keep timely billing; Does not repsond promtly (or sometimes at all.) ; Pushes everything off until the last moment. He messed up my original divorce decree regarding my IRA and allowed my X to withhold the money for 8 years. I had to pay another attorney...

I have been with David for 4-5 years and I would highly recommend him. It has been a very bumpy road and he has been there every step of the way. Very disastisfied client
Spent about $20K and waisted 18 months. He was unsuccessful in obtaining a divorce for me. I was not a priority to him and he was impossible to get a hold of. Simple divorce, but difficult spouse to deal with. I do not recommend using this attorney.
