"I've worked with Josh on many different types of cases over several years. Josh is a skilled advocate and talented trial lawyer. He is an excellent problem solver and often looks for creative solutions that will best serve his clients' needs. I would not hesitate to refer Josh clients as I know that he will take care of his clients."
"I had the opportunity to work opposing Mr. Brockman in a commercial real estate matter. Throughout the case, Mr. Brockman was professional, courteous and reasonable in the representation of his client while not sacrificing the quality of his representation. Ultimately, the matter was resolved to the satisfaction of both clients. He was a pleasure to work with."
"Josh and I have worked together on many matters. He is an excellent lawyer, and I endorse his work."

Convinced court to deny summary judgment against client.
After I was hired, I convinced the court to throw out the $83,000.00 judgment against my client and grant a new trial in the case. Case later settled for considerably less.
Convinced court to reduce the damages award against client from $350,000 down to $70,000 after I was hired on case. Case later settled on appeal.
