Great Lawyer

Brad did a great job on my personal injury case. Even though it was not what I would consider a large case I was impressed by the fact that Brad handled the case from beginning to end. Jackie did a great job keeping me up to date with what was going on with my case. He was able to settle the case ...for a much larger amount that I was expecting. Very saitisfied with this Firm and I would definitely recommend.

Highly Recommend Him

I hired Brad after my husband took my child out of State and filed for a divorce in Oklahoma. Brad and my Oklahoma attorney worked well together and my child was returned to me and the case remained in Texas. In court Brad did a great job getting my ex to have supervised visits because of him being... a flight risk. He worked hard to protect me and my child during this difficult time in my life. He had a good court presence and was able to make my ex look like the horrible man he was. If I do have one knock on him is that he is a little difficult to get in touch with because he seems to be in court a lot. I suggest if you hire him you ask him for his cell phone number. I did and he gave it to me no problem. Other than that he was an excellent attorney and i highly recommend him to anyone who has a custody issue.

Great lawyer, Affordable

Brad was wonderful! Not only did he work with my to keep my payments low, he got me custody of my children in my case. His assistant, Silvia was great in answering my many questions and helped me keep calm through out this whole ordeal.

Prenup that became a PostNup that was never completed

Mr. Tilton was good in the initial meeting where I provided a $$$ retainer. After that, it was weeks to get a first draft and many weeks without a response despite continued follow up. In the end, opposing counsel also wondered about his lack of responsiveness and whether he and I were communicatin...g at all. After several frustrating months, I asked for any kind of response and subsequently terminated the relationship when no response was received. I still have yet to get a response from Mr. Tilton and have requested an accounting/refund for my retainer and continue to receive no response. Bad legal service, responsiveness all the way around and would not recommend.

I hired Brad on 2 cases. When court day came he had not even looked into a lot of the stuff, it was not on the discovery so we couldn't even use it. The only time you can get a hold of him is if he wants money. I'm sad to say after 4 years with him, it was the biggest mistake I've ever made. He talks... a big game, but I'd send him back to the minors, on game day he won't deliver
