Great Law Firm!

Brad and his staff did an excellent job when I got hurt on the job. He was extremely knowledgable and up front about my case and was able to settle the case for more than I thought I was going to get. My family is forever greatful to Brad.

Great lawyer, Affordable

Brad was wonderful! Not only did he work with my to keep my payments low, he got me custody of my children in my case. His assistant, Silvia was great in answering my many questions and helped me keep calm through out this whole ordeal.

Excellent, Excellent, Excellent

Attorney Tilton was one of the best, especially considering he had only recently established his practice at the time of my case. His advice was flawless and he resolved my complicated case for a very reasonable fee. He was very responsive and wrote an excellent brief on a complicated matter which ...have impressed all lawyers I have shown it when explaining my case (this was an interstate child custody matter). Prenup that became a PostNup that was never completed

Mr. Tilton was good in the initial meeting where I provided a $$$ retainer. After that, it was weeks to get a first draft and many weeks without a response despite continued follow up. In the end, opposing counsel also wondered about his lack of responsiveness and whether he and I were communicatin...g at all. After several frustrating months, I asked for any kind of response and subsequently terminated the relationship when no response was received. I still have yet to get a response from Mr. Tilton and have requested an accounting/refund for my retainer and continue to receive no response. Bad legal service, responsiveness all the way around and would not recommend.

Poor at at responding and returning YOUR money

We were impressed at first meeting w Mr. Titlon. A retainer was paid to him for assistance with family law matters. After that his response was non existent. His staff is very courteous and would answer the phone, but we would get no response to our request. His only response occured 7 weeks after it... was requested. Way after the fact and of no consequence. Still trying to recover the retainer 9 mo after his staff agreed for it to be returned. Get a specific agreement in writting about your retainer before leaving any money. I advise bring your own agreement.
