Brad represented me in a contempt case with my ex-wife, although I did not receive legal fees back from my ex-wife, he succesfuly defended me against her allegations, of contempt. I had hired another lawyer prior to Brad for the same case, and my other lawyer was very timid, and wanting me to settle,... upon hiring Brad he shut them down professionally and respectfully. I have used many lawyers over the past 15 years for civil actions and plan on having Brad's representation in the future. He truly knows his business in court, despite my extensive though limited legal understanding, he knew what was needed to win, and executed flawlessly. Thank you Brad.

I just wanted to thank the Tilton Law Firm for all your help and your understanding and compasion for my situation. I just wanted also to say that Mr. Tilton was fantastic in court. I am extremly happy and satisfied with the outcome. He was totally and completely prepared and was complimented by the... judge when it was all over. I have since seen my grandkids at school and had lunch with them and their little faces and smiles were priceless. I get them this coming friday and I couldn't be happier. Again thank you and Mr. Tilton for all your kindness. If ever in the future I need a lawyer I would call Mr. Tilton in a New York minute.

I hired Brad on 2 cases. When court day came he had not even looked into a lot of the stuff, it was not on the discovery so we couldn't even use it. The only time you can get a hold of him is if he wants money. I'm sad to say after 4 years with him, it was the biggest mistake I've ever made. He talks... a big game, but I'd send him back to the minors, on game day he won't deliver

Very Big Error for Such a Bright Promising Attorney

Very bright lawyer, and very nice... its a shame that he never returns phone calls or contacts you. He represented me in my divorce and EVENTUALLY i got it... but not after a long time of run-around and dealing with his inept office. They kept asking me the same things over and over, information i ...had repeatedly given him. One of the many courtdates i had, he did not show up and sent some girl who had no idea what was going on and it got reset again due to the fact that my ex husband was not notified of the divorce! They failed to send him anything. Also, the final Divorce Decree that was supposed to be used, was not. Make sure you look over everything! I have been calling and leaving messages trying to get him to fix this as it left out a very important detail. Hopefully he will redeem himself by fixing this error.
