Brad is an amazing attorney. He handled my divorce 5 years ago and took my case again for a custody case. He is honest and trustworthy. He will fight for you as long as your are honest with him. I just wanted to thank the Tilton Law Firm for all your help and your understanding and compasion for my situation. I just wanted also to say that Mr. Tilton was fantastic in court. I am extremly happy and satisfied with the outcome. He was totally and completely prepared and was complimented by the... judge when it was all over. I have since seen my grandkids at school and had lunch with them and their little faces and smiles were priceless. I get them this coming friday and I couldn't be happier. Do NOT hire this attorney!!

Unfortunately I hired this attorney to represent me in my divorce case. He did NOT give me ANY GOOD advise at all. I kept sending him messages like "please reply to me, I need your advice" with no avail. I have enough proofs with the emails I sent to him and got no response from him. I don't even ne...ed to say what the outcome of my divorce was. I didn't know that I could have fired him the very first time he didn't take the courtesy of responding to my emails, text messages or phone calls. To me, he is totally unprofessional with little or no knowledge of divorce laws and of course unethical to his profession.

Stay Away

I hired this lawyer to represent me in a divorce case. This lawyer failed to keep me informed and performed well below the level expected. He failed to respond to a subpoena and also failed to inform me he even received the subpoena. This directly resulted in me losing close to $30,000.00. This l...awyer failed to offer evidence of my 401k resulting in me losing another $41,000.00. This lawyer told me that I could dispose of property after the judgment went up on appeal and never told me about the Acceptance of Benefits Doctrine resulting in a total loss to me or nearly $120,000.00. There is an ongoing malpractice case against this lawyer.
