I was fortunate enough to have Mr. Bail involved on my legal team protecting me against an abusive and retaliatory employer. Mr. Bail was an outstanding counselor and advocate who was very tough on the opposition and very supportive of me and my family. Though he was just entering the field at the ti...me of my case and relatively new to the business, I felt most confident when he was most actively involved in my case.
