With more than a decade of experience, Mr. Bail’s client centered approach is what distinguishes The Bail Law Firm from many other law firms. In our profession we are known as “Attorneys” and “Counselors of Law.” Mr. Bail understands that his role as counselor is equally important as his role of attorney. When a client comes to visit Mr. Bail for the first time, Mr. Bail understands that it might be the first time the client has spoken to anyone who is interested in helping them with their legal issues. Mr. Bail listens to his clients.

Ashok Bail...representing you 100%
Ashok Bail believed in me and my case, when no one else gave me the consideration to listen to my case. I went through a traumatic situation at work and Ashok patiently and empathetically listened to all the details and was there through the whole legal process to clearly explain everything to me an...

Mr. Bail was by far one of the nicest and most honest attorneys I have ever dealt with. With his help and expertise, I was able to settle my case with very favorable results. I won't recommend him
I offered the witness list to him but he never call them. He dropped my case in the middle by telling he didn't feel good. I cannot find other lawyers to take my case since they would like to represent me from the beginning.
"A great friend but more so he is a great attorney. A consummate professional and undoubtedly committed to his clients."
"Ashok provided valuable assistance and legal insight in the case of a federal employee who was harassed and passed over for promotion. He works tirelessly and thoroughly to help achieve good results for his clients."
"After squaring off against Ashok Bail on several cases I have come to respect him and his approach to representing his clients. He is a consummate professional and zealous advocate that will work tirelessly to see that justice is done."
"I've consulted with Ashok, and second-chaired a week long trial with him. I've seen him with clients, and heard him on the phone with them, and one thing is obvious ... that he cares. Yes, he is professional, but he mixes in passion for the work and compassion for wronged parties. It has been a few years, but I'd not hesitate to hire him, or work with Ashok again."
"Ashok is a conscientious lawyer and friend who I have turned to for a second opinion on labor and employment matters that I handle. He knows the field very well and is a great resource on employment law issues."
"I endorse this lawyer. Ashok Bail is an excellent employment attorney who goes the extra mile in representing his clients."
