Glenn E. Gotschall

Mr. Gotschall was my court appointed attorney a couple of years back. His appearance and constant reminding me that I should not get my hopes up did not exactly inspire confidence in his abilities. In spite of this, however, he managed to exceed my expectations by securing me something known as a p...re-trial diversion. Not only did he manage to pull off a rather rare and advantageous outcome, but I got the distinct feeling like he was putting forth far more effort than other court appointed attorneys. Perhaps he did so because it was because it was my first offense, he liked me, or merely because he was interested in the legal aspects of the case - I couldn't say. Regardless, I doubt many other court appointed attorneys would have achieved the same outcome.
