Biography
Kelly Viktorin is deeply committed to helping clients through aggressive, diligent representation in matters involving serious personal injury and offshore accidents. She has successfully tried numerous cases and reached significant multi-million dollar settlements for her clients. Her experience includes automobile accidents, premises liability lawsuits, medical malpractice, defective drug cases, oil field accidents, commercial disputes, and maritime accidents. She is licensed in both Texas and Louisiana.
Kelly has been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers—an accolade awarded to only 2.5% of attorneys under forty and practicing for less than ten years. Houstonia Magazine, H-Texas Magazine, and others have recognized Kelly as a “top lawyer” in Houston. She also received the award for Top 100 Premises Liability Settlements in the United States according to in 2018.
Kelly graduated magna cum laude from South Texas College of Law Houston where her academic achievements achieved her membership in the Order of Lytae. As an Assistant Articles Editor for the school’s law review, her law review article received the Lisa Dahm Award for Writing Excellence in Public Policy. She was also a member of the school’s nationally recognized advocacy program.
Prior to joining Armstrong & Lee LLP, she practiced at two other prominent personal injury firms where she gained substantial experience in all aspects of litigation.
Kelly lives in Houston with her husband, Scott, who is a member of the Houston Fire Department, their rescue dog Sunny, and their two sons, Brooks & Holden. She is an active member of the Houston Bar Association, Houston Trial Lawyers Association, Houston Young Lawyers Association, and Texas Trial Lawyers Association.
