She made the process very easy and was always available to answer any questions we had. We were very pleased with the end result with all 3 cases. She got my case won. But she was ill prepared. She didn't have anything ready at the timeof my trial. I could have done this case on my own better than this. All she cared about was the money. We had an arrangement set up for payments and she had called me 2 weeks before the payment was due to tell m...e she got a rushed court date. It was a heabeus courps against my ex who kidnapped my daughter across state lines. It was an urgent case and she knew it. Anyway she calls me and and tells me if I don't pay her that day she would change my court date. Because she was worried about not getting paid after the trial .. I had to call her and argue my case stating that we had a signed agreement with the dates for payments I had already paid everything early. That was agreed apon for that month. I had to tell her that this involved a 5 year old child and remind her what her flipping job was and she wanted to push a court date back because other clients had stiffed her in the past. I had to tell her that I should not have to be punished for othersomeone actions of her past especially since we had a signed legal agreement. But yes she threatened to change the court date over 750 dollars that she got paid also before the said time on our agreement. She was willing to risk my 5 year olds life for a pay day.... very unprofessional she also promised to get my attorney fees granted to be paid back by the losing party and it was granted that I was to get my attorney fees back. It took her over a month to get me a signed court order scanned and sent through email and I still haven't received my original certified copy of the decree. This case was back in August.... it's Nov and I've had to reach out to her severaltimes to get the proper paper work.. and she also told me she wouldn't presue from get my athorny and court fees. Because she has credit card debt and it would cost her more money to her daggum job she was already paid to do! And I'm sure she will post under here about how she's justified in some way and say. This client paid me to get her child back and I did. But she was also paid to do sooo much more. She only got 2 stars because she won a case that was already a walking in the park. She got me a court date in less than a months time but not without me calling every other day to make sure she did her job..... if I even lived in tx I would never hire her again.

Ms. Ly did an outstanding job for my husband case. She went above and beyond her legal services. She explained to us the pro and con case. In addition, she was prompt in her replays by MS or email. I could reach at any time even during weekends. Moreover, she understood our financial situation and b...ased on that she was very patient with our payment plan. Stacy previously assisted my family with a Family case and I was very pleased with her results and professionalism in that legal case that I decided to seek her services for my personal needs. I was present during the court hearings for that Family case therefore I feel entitled to report my observations. Stacy always appeared ready and eager to get her point across with respect and always made herself available to answer our questions quickly and provide us with updates regarding the case. I would hire Stacy Ly again without a doubt.

I had a simple divorce case with child custody. Ms. Ly was ok, but she took her time with my case. At my first court date, she didnt even recognize who i was. Ms. Ly was not even prepared for the court date, she showed up really late, and didnt have any info on my terms and what we discussed in her o...ffice weeks ago. I understand one has many clients to represent, but not so many to where you don't know who they are or what they want. I also felt like i was always contacting her to hear updates on my case. Ms. Ly seemed too busy to keep up with her clients. She is an ok lawyer, however i dont recommend her.
