Sloppy work, did not do good job
I felt he did not have my best interest as my lawyer, did not represent me to help me get the most for my divorce. Did not do any work in giving Any valuable advice during my divorce process, I regreted hiring him. Not a good divorce lawyer, period.

Difficult family situation
Mr. Burgess handled a very difficult family issue involving the death of my sister the custody of her children. The process was long but smooth and the communication from Mr. Burgess' office and staff was timely and comforting. I would endorse Mr. Burgess anytime.
