You Cannot Do Better than Nancy

I got in to very serious legal trouble involving multiple felonies. BEFORE hiring Nancy I had a terrible experience with A DIFFERENT lawyer that took money upfront and did almost no work at all. Once I met Nancy I knew that she was the person that I wanted to defend me and not only was she going ...to defend me, she wasn't going to put me in a financial bind over the next 10 years. Most lawyers will tell you their goal is to keep you out of jail, but Nancy wants to win your case. She helped me fight my case for over a year and was absolutely transparent with me the entire time. I firmly believe that if Nancy had been my lawyer the entire time, my case would have been handled more efficiently. If you want a lawyer to sugar coat your situation for you, Nancy is not that lawyer. If you want someone to fight for you tooth and nail, you cannot do better than Nancy!

Honest Lawyer that know the law well and will fight for the people.

I had a Burglary of a Habitation charge, I hired Nancy Botts for, she explained the best way of handling the case and protected my rights. I would highly recommend her, because its hard to find a criminal defense lawyer that will fight for you and not just settle for anything. I would highly recommen...d anyone who needs help to call her first. She will take the time to listen and advise you personally, you will be able to speak directly to her not some receptionist. In my case she was able to get all the charges dropped.

An Attorney That Cares

Nancy Botts is an attorney who will genuinely care about you and your case while working for you. She represented me during an assault case against a family member, and went above and beyond to fight for me. I could not have asked for better representation. If you want someone whose both personal and... experienced, you would do well to hire her.

Good lawyer and good person

Nancy is not only a good lawyer, she is one of the most kind persons I've ever met. Not only did she get my theft case dismissed, but she also spent time helping me get hooked up with some social services to help my situation out. She is also very easy to call and talk to and ask questions. You ca...n tell that she really cares about her people and wants to help them get their life back where it should be. She helped me get my future back.

Awesome Drug Defense Attorneys

Nancy Botts and Jim Sullivan defended me in Chambers County on a large possession of marihuana case. I got stopped by a DPS Trooper for no good reason. He claimed that I wasn’t wearing a seat belt even though I had been. My insurance and registration was up to date. There was absolutely no good reaso...n to search my car. He didn’t have probable cause, but the cop insisted. I refused consent. He held me at the scene for 45 minutes waiting for a K-9 to come sniff the car. The dog supposedly alerted the cop to a stash in the trunk. They searched it and found a large amount of weed and arrested me. When I posted bond, I searched the web for a good drug defense attorney and found Nancy and Jim. They investigated the cop’s actions and told me that they could probably win the case at a suppression hearing. When I showed up at the trial, the prosecutor backed off and dismissed the case. I was so relieved. I was facing 2 to 10 years in prison. I cannot say enough great things about their representation of me. They were a God send and saved my life. Thank you! If you ever need a good drug defense attorney, I highly recommend them.
