I would not recomment
I was referred to Mr. Merrill to handle my personal injury case. He was unorganized and unprepared, which resulted in a severely low mediation award that set a bad tone for the rest of the case. Mr. Merrill caused a lot of stress, did NOT keep me informed of how he was handling the case, and I ended ...
