Awesome Drug Defense Attorneys

Nancy Botts and Jim Sullivan defended me in Chambers County on a large possession of marihuana case. I got stopped by a DPS Trooper for no good reason. He claimed that I wasn’t wearing a seat belt even though I had been. My insurance and registration was up to date. There was absolutely no good reaso...n to search my car. He didn’t have probable cause, but the cop insisted. I refused consent. He held me at the scene for 45 minutes waiting for a K-9 to come sniff the car. The dog supposedly alerted the cop to a stash in the trunk. They searched it and found a large amount of weed and arrested me. When I posted bond, I searched the web for a good drug defense attorney and found Nancy and Jim. They investigated the cop’s actions and told me that they could probably win the case at a suppression hearing. When I showed up at the trial, the prosecutor backed off and dismissed the case. I was so relieved. I was facing 2 to 10 years in prison. I cannot say enough great things about their representation of me. They were a God send and saved my life. Thank you! If you ever need a good drug defense attorney, I highly recommend them.

Awesome Attorney!!

Nancy represented my spouse on 5 felony drug charges. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and was the blessing we needed. We had another attorney for 4 months that was absolutely NO help to us and within 1 months time Nancy was able to give us answers we'd been waiting months to hear. You can depend on... her to be straight forward with you and letting you know exactly what you're facing and she is VERY reasonably priced. There are not enough good words I can say about her. If you need a great criminal attorney, Ms. Nancy Botts is definitely one of the best!
