Biography
Erik A. Nelson, J.D.: As a founding partner with Mr. Franzoni, Mr. Nelson is an experienced Criminal Attorney. Raised in Houston, Texas, he attended the University of Texas for his bachelor’s degree and The University of Wisconsin for his Juris Doctorate. Upon admission to the Texas Bar he began working for the Harris County District Attorney’s office where he worked in Felony, Misdemeanor, Juvenile, and Justice of the Peace courts. Mr. Nelson left the prosecutor’s office and began working as a defense attorney in 2011. Since then he has successfully defended all manner of criminal matters in and around the Harris and Montgomery county areas.
Mr. Nelson has represented clients in criminal matters in Galveston, Harris, Liberty, and Montgomery counties. He specializes in helping clients navigate the complex process from before you are arrested until after you are exonerated. He has a well-earned reputation as a tough trial ready criminal defense lawyer.
