Not calling back as promised

Mr. Jain initially was quite helpful in answering all my questions on a matter which he needed to consult with his associates before getting back to me. Unfortunately, he did not follow up with a call as promised, Even after following up with his office a week later. This is quite disrespectful of a ...persons time. This kind of treatment shows to me the kind of attention to 'small clients' or even certain details Mr. Jain would likely give. Maybe there were extraneous circumstances, but after calling his office and being assured he would be notified, I was lead to believe he was available, so I doubt it.

Swift and excellent results!

My attorney Ms. Walker was very responsive and received positive results on my behalf in a lease resolution case. I could not have done it without the assistance of the Roger G. Jain law firm. Many, many thanks.

Probate

I wanted to thank you for the excellent work you did as my attorney (Renea Mundis) and paralegal (Misty Nerren-Perez). I know you have a lot of clients, so your responses and determination meant a lot to me. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to you and for working tirelessly to ensure th...at we did not lose this case. If it weren’t for your background and knowledge, the matter wouldn’t have been settled by now. Thanks once again for being so persistent, focused and professional. I can finally have closure and peace! I am forever grateful to you and your team!!

Did not keep his promise, I lost money

I hired Roger Jain and his juniors Thomas Smith, Jordan Kennamer-Chapman to clear up identity theft problem. After sending letters he promised by email "This means that if we are going to receive a response from them, we will most likely receive them by Thursday, March 31, 2016 (give or take a couple... of days for delivery). Should we receive a response, we will forward it to you immediately. If no response is received by that time, we will contact you to discuss your legal options going forward". But he never called me and I found out years later that the problem had not been resolved. The identity theft was later cleared up, but Roger Jain overcharged me by at least $1500 for something that should be easy to fix. I took Roger Jain to small claims court and in court he admitted that he made the promise and he admitted that he did not keep the promise but he said it was still my fault. I said it was a breach of contract. How can it be my fault that Roger jain did not keep his promise and provide legal advice ? The so called "Judge" Jeff Williams said it doesn't matter, but I say that it is still a breach of contract so it does matter. Roger Jain failed to keep his promise and provide legal advice in time and I lost a lot of money. Don't hire Roger Jain.

Divorce Case

“I was referred to Roger G. Jain & Associate by Prepaid Legal Services to handle my divorce case. Mr. Thomas Smith listened well to my initial conversation of why I was seeking a divorce. This gave me the confidence to proceed with him. Thomas has been very informative, knowledgeable, professional an...d forward thinking. He got me the best Mediator in Houston to work on my case. I was forced into a divorce after 34 years of marriage which include adultery and an illegitimate child. I am grateful and appreciative for the outcome and the time frame of completion even with COVID. I truly appreciate you Thomas for the time you listen, talk and make things happen. I will definitely hire Roger G. Jain & Associate again."
