After I posted my review on April 21st, 2020. I got a call from Mr. Roger Jain. He corrected me on my complains and listed all efforts himself and his office did on my car accident settlement. Late, Christopher emailed me all the invoice. It turned out most of the invoices and one of the most import...ant emails had been dropped into Junk mail box. I feel bad and sorry about that. My impression of a long gap without communication was caused by the missed emails. I have to mention, after Christopher took over my case, things started getting better. Christopher called me after sending the email to make sure I received it. I apologized to Mr. Jain about the previous review I wrote that definitely was misleading to the readers.

I have worked with Thomas for about 6 years or so during my initial divorce and modification. He is always so helpful and returns my calls/emails promptly. He listens to my concerns and answers all of my questions so I have a clear understanding of what is happening, what to expect and what my decisi...on making should include in my case. I would recommend and have recommended Thomas to many of my friends.
