Ral also serves as the Executive Director of Civil Resource Development and Documentation Center, an independent, non-governmental and not-for-profit organization established in 1996 for the protection and promotion of human rights and gender equality in Nigeria and beyond. Ral volunteers with Houston Volunteer Lawyers, Houston Immigration Legal Services Collaborative, BakerRipley, and Memorial Assistance Ministries. Ral also periodically guest lectures at Columbia University, New York. She’s an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
