Biography
My focus is civil jury trials of any kind. If you want a lawyer who is not afraid of court room battles with larger firms, perhaps I am worthy of your consideration.
More recently I have been moderating collaborative endeavors involving foreign countries. I worked with local NGOs, two international NGOs, the National and various local governments of the Nation of Mongolia, national labor leaders, environmental scientist and academia, as well as Nomadic and urban citizens on mining issues. This endeavor came to a successful conclusion, with six national statutory or policy changes resulting in a 90% increase in environmental protection activities.
My present engagement involves sorting through various issues of hydroelectric dams in the China-Thailand-Myanmar region.
I have worked with companies from South America and Canada as well.
