Jerry's expertise and assistance with an "environmentally challenged" development site was invaluable. He was able to effectively navigate the process involved in obtaining a Prospective Purchaser Agreement (PPA) from the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ). This agreement was instrume...ntal in our ability to mitigate the risk associated with purchasing and developing the site. His involvement with other aspects of the site's environmental condition and the associated responsible party was critical Jerry is competent and personable - two traits not always found in legal council. I'm looking forward to working with him again.

Jerry presented at the SAEMS RCRA Seminar. He presented on penalties and outcomes when dealing with regulators. His presentation was fact-based and provided attendees with great information as well as helpful hints on what to do next when in certain situations. Jerry provided valuable legal services on the Texas City International Terminal acquisition by Phoenix International Terminal, LLC. This property was known as the former Tex Tin Smelter Superfund Site. It was purchased out of Bankruptcy, and with Jerry's assistance, the Settling Parties completed the... remediation and the Site was formally removed from Superfund status with deed restrictions, so it could be redeveloped.

Jerry was tasked with conducting an environmental compliance audit and review of conformance to ISO 14001 Legal and Other regulatory requirements for our facility in New Mexico. Jerry did an outstanding job of completing both tasks efficiently and on-budget. Jerry has extensive environmental knowle...dge and experience, knows well how to navigate complex regulatory issues and is great to work with.

Jerry has helped me several times on new retail developments . I had a closing in which the anchor Tenant found a small amount of toxic in the soils reprot and put the whole deal on hold potentially costing millions if the deal didn't close. I called Jerry who in turn reached out their corporate co...uncil back east and began working thru the issues to resolve as quickly as possible. What could have cost me months of delay and back and forth legal work was instead only 2 weeks and just a follow up environmental report for the Anchor Tenant to be satisfied with to proceed forward with closing. Jerry calm approach carried me through this very stressful episode that could have been a disaster.
