Competent, caring
Imagine yourself having a baby for the first time and the medical care goes completely wrong that your newborn ends up with a permanent injury. Then you find yourself totally lost about how to fight for your child's rights and to understand the long-term consequences of your child's injury. Mr. Perdue provided us with the guidance we needed to protect our child's future. Mr. Perdue and his team were very professional and competent. They constantly worked hard to educate us about our case and our rights. Mr. Perdue and his team were very polite and caring throughout the entire emotional legal process. Mr. Perdue is a trustworthy attorney who constantly communicated with us about the case. He made a lasting, positive impact on our lives and secured the resources our child needs for his future development.

Medical malpractice
I consulted with, and hired, Jim Perdue and his team in 2010 on a medical malpractice case, it was settled by 2013. During the in between time Jim and his team became very very knowledgeable about every medical aspect of my case, very detail oriented. He went above and beyond of what I expected of him. He and the team were very courteous and kind , the treated me like family, genuinely. He would not settle for less than he felt I deserved, refusing to budge. I was kept informed EVERY step of the way. He, and his partners, were EXTREMELY available to me at ALL times. His guidance was invaluable. There are not enough words to say how satisfied I am with the outcome of my case. He, and his entire team are exceptionally brilliant . They prepared me for my deposition with everything and anything I may need to know. My entire experience with the legal process was incredibly positive due to Jim and his team . I highly recommend him to anyone needing his legal expertise. I cannot stress enough how incredible Jim and his entire team are. I am very blessed to have crossed paths with them and have them in my life. Three years after the fact I'm still in contact with them. I'm more than just a "meal ticket" to them. I'm a flesh and blood person and their care of me is genuine. They are invaluable. You won't find better representation.

Exceeded Expectations Attorney
I consulted with, and hired, Jim Perdue on a failed medical products case. He was extremely thorough and became very knowledgeable about every medical area of my case. He went above and beyond of what I expected of him and his firm. He under promised and over delivered in every aspect of my case. I was kept informed every step of the way. He, and his partners, were extremely accessible to me at all times. His guidance and experience was invaluable. There are not enough words to say how pleased I am with the outcome of my case. He, and his entire firm are outstanding. They prepared me for deposition and anything and everything I might have a need to know. My entire experience with this legal process was highly positive due to Jim's leadership. I highly recommend him to anyone needing his legal expertise.
