Stay Away

I have had to use several Lawyers in the last 8 years with my crazy ex wife so I have experience with the good and bad. If you decide to go with the Law Firm of Bryan Fagan beware. I was referred to the Law Office of Bryan Fagan by a once friend of mine and told that he was incredible and would be gr...eat for my case with my ex wife. I was pawned off to Kimberly Washington who I reluctantly used being assured that she was a bulldog in court by that same friend. That may be, but I will never know because she was to afraid to go in front of the judge. A case that should have taken months took a year and a half!! Kimberly was unproffessional and would never call me back. When she did she was in her car on the way home. I wouldn't mind this if she would have taken notes or done what was discussed, but instead she would be in a hurry to get off the call. When Kim communicated with the opposing counsel she did the opposite of what I wanted causing more billable hours and heartache. The opposing counsel knew that Kim would respond to every accusation no matter how obsurd, and Kim would entertain them knowing I would be paying for it. When it came to important issues in court, she left out vital agreed upon points on the temporary orders. I ended up firing her after a year and a half and going back to my previous Lawyer who was able to reverse all of Kim's damage and get me what I wanted within 2 months. I highly do not recommend this lawyer. Do not base your lawyer on how much they bill hourly, but rather on how efficient they are with their hours billed.
