Selecting a Medical Malpractice attorney was difficult at the beginning because we weren’t sure how to approach the subject. Once we made the decision to pursue this Medical Malpractice with Painter Law Firm, it was like a ton of stress was lifted. Other attorneys wanted us to obtain all records needed and do a lot of the foot work. This only increased our stress of having to have any correspondence again with this hospital. Mr. Painter took over from the very beginning. Our family is already dealing with enough, each hour of the day, with the sustained injuries and can now focus back on the recovery process.
We feel like he was right there and ready to pursue this task. Even though it is still in the “potential” stages, it is so helpful and so needed to have Mr. Painter on board and to fight for what is deserved and to hopefully prevent this from happening to others!!
I just cannot express the peace of mind we have by the choice we made. Julie G. and Mr.
Painter have kept us up to date, answered all questions promptly no matter how trivial the questions may have been. We have lots of trust in the Painter Law Firm. It is certainly a huge relief to turn it over to them and know they will do their very best to see that the right and proper process and procedures are done.
Thank you Mr. Painter for researching and investigating for us, but especially for making things right! We know with your experience and expertise that all will see this lifelong harm that was done and not pretend it did not happen.

My husband, of 2 years, was transported from work to a local hospital on 12/2/10 for chest pains and dizziness. His heart checked out fine but his blood count was low. The on call Gastroenterologist, wasn't available so the ER physician admitted him for a bleeding ulcer, where he received 4 units of blood through the night. The next morning, he was assisted to the bathroom but left unattended. He collapsed due from bleeding out. CPR was conducted for approximately 16 minutes. He was revived and sent to SICU, where he coded again for 3 minutes. One week later, my husband died of brain damage at the age of 41 years old, leaving behind a 38 year old wife and 10 year old daughter. We were in the process of an adoption three months prior to his death. I decided to go through this process alone and my precious daughter was born exactly 2 years from the day that he and I first contacted the adoption agency.
Mr. Painter is extremely friendly and made time to listen to my story, although it was rather difficult for me to talk about. He was informative and realistic about my case, but more importantly, he was very honest. It breaks my heart that my husband will only see his daughters from Heaven but it puts my mind at rest knowing that justice was somewhat served.....and this could possibly save someone else's life from ending.

Mr. Painter did an excellent job helping us to navigate through a complex situation. He was extremely knowledgeable of the intricasies of the medical field and medical insurance, and he helped us to arrive at a surprisingly positive conclusion to a difficult problem. We are very thankful for his guidance and direction, and we were able to realize a significantly sizeable settlement to help provide for our needs.

We met Mr. Painter about 2 yrs. ago for a medical malpractice and a birth injury case for our child. What impressed us most about Mr. Painter was his knowledge and previous experience with the medical malpractice cases. As young parents to a severely brain injured child, we never could find the answers to what really happened to our child. From day one he listened to what has happened to us, and knew exactly what he needed to get all the facts and ordered the detail medical records. He knew time was an essence here to take any legal action. He moved very quickly on assembling a medical expert team together for their analysis and reports. He always kept us up-to-date on the case and the findings from the medical experts. He was always available to call and discuss any details and answer any questions we had about the case. As a family man himself, he was very compassionate towards us and our family, and knew what we were going through. We would highly recommend Mr. Painter

I hired attorney Robert Painter to help draft some form contracts for my business, so I could avoid lawsuits. I am very satisfied with the work he did for me and I have had no disputes with my customers because of my well-written contracts.

Robert Painter was very professional to deal with, kept me informed about the case and helped me to feel confident about the process. We had a good settlement in my case, which was about problems after a surgery.

Robert Painter handled my medical malpractice lawsuit after I was severely injured when the hospital didn't treat an infection after a surgery. He worked on the case quickly and we got a great settlement within a good period of time. Robert and his office stayed in regular communication with me throughout the case, and I highly recommend him.
