As a normal courtesy when starting a conversation with someone I introduce myself and expect them to do the same. Rosa answered the phone in this case and acted like she was too good to give out her name. I had questions on potentially doing business with her and she found it irreprehensible that I... would ask who I was speaking with. Her phone manners were very poor and hung up on me after I stated I did have legitimate questions. I did call back on a different number after getting sent to voice mail after my second call back. She did provide me with other contacts but I suspect it was only to get off the phone as quick as possible. I would not recommend her based on communication skills that she clearly lacks. This is a clear red flag on how she could potentially treat her clients in the future. Very disappointed in her manners.
