A graduate of Del Valle High School, Mr. De Lara, Jr. completed a double major at the University of Texas at El Paso, obtaining bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Criminal Justice, and obtained his juris doctor degree at Texas Southern Unviersity’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas.
Mr. De Lara, Jr. began his legal career as an Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of Tony E. Parada, P.C. in Houston, Texas where he focused on Immigration, Personal Injury, and Criminal Defense cases. Rick De Lara is a dishonest person. Something that can be done for a few hundred dollars, like a work permit renewal, he will charge thousands of dollars. He won't even get a good result.
