Kenneth Fenelon represented me after i was diagnosed with leukopenia while working on oil rigs. He was able to secure a six figure settlement from my previous employer during mediation. Mr. Fenelon is everything you want in a lawyer. His compassion towards his clients and his knowledge with maritime ...law is incredible. After being passed up by a couple attorneys before him i was ready to give up. I finally called V&B attorney and Ken made me feel comfortable enough to pursue litigation against the company that wrongfully terminated me, and ultimately the reason for getting sick. I was constantly updated by Ken throughout the entire process. Instead of receiving emails he made me feel like a top priority by personally calling me and updating me on what was going on with my case. He gave excellent advice, and took the stress from the whole process right off my shoulders. All of that was before we even entered mediation. During mediation he was fearless. He wasn't willing to settle for anything less than what he felt i deserved. Which in the end is exactly what i received. Being able to trust your attorney is very important. Attorney Ken Fenelon is a man you can trust to get things done! I strongly believe that i wouldn't have received anything close to what i did if i was represented by anyone else. I've already told all of my maritime friends if they need an attorney then they should contact Attorney Ken Fenelon. They, and you will certainly not be disappointed!
