Biography
Jennifer provides a broad spectrum of legal solutions to corporate clients, start-up businesses, foreign professionals, artists, athletes and high net worth individuals. She utilizes practical, solutions-driven skills to provide services in employment law, international business law, corporate litigation, entity formation, corporate compliance, and immigration solutions for businesses.
A native Spanish speaker and fluent in English, Portuguese and French, Jennifer works closely and directly with individual and corporate clients from all over the world. She considers it a rare privilege to cultivate her lawyering skills in various fascinating legal practice areas, including employment law and litigation for major international corporations, public policy and governmental affairs for the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) investigations, and journalism.
She understands that a successful practice in the U.S. and global environment requires outside-the-box, strategic thinking, creativity, advocacy, and cross-cultural proficiencies that she has developed throughout her career.
In addition to her degree studies, Jennifer trained in International and Comparative Law at the University of California, Los Angeles. She also completed one year of advanced French language studies at the University of Paris, and is a certified Mediator.
