Connor Throckmorton did an outstanding job in representing me in a discrimination/wrongful termination lawsuit against my former employer. In writing a rebuttal to the position statement the employer sent to the EEOC, he demonstrated his sharp attention to detail and ability to write in a succinct, e...loquent manner (his punch lines were devastating to their ‘case’). He was even able to discover further evidence of discrimination that even I had missed in the records that I provided him. After obtaining a right to sue letter from EEOC, he provided excellent guidance as we prepared for the mediation process. When the mediation process stalled right before the end of the right-to-sue period, he surprised the opposing attorneys by having previously prepared the lawsuit package. He filed the lawsuit the same day, and after several additional mediation sessions, he was able to win a much larger settlement (‘unpaid wages’/’mental anguish’/’fees’, etc.) than I had expected.
