Jacqueline A. Armstrong

After obtaining valuable graduate school education in public administration from Southwest Texas State (following my degree in History/Government from the University of Texas at Austin), I enjoyed a deliberate exploration of various applications of my skills and interests. After 6 months as a trial paralegal for a law firm, I worked for one of the most influential lobbying organizations in Texas, The Texas Municipal League. That experience led to a 2 1/2 year stint with the Texas Attorney General's Office as an investigator in their Antitrust Division (also working with the U.S. Justice Department), convincing me to return to school for my law degree. Positions with private law firms following graduation, provided sufficient training to open my own solo civil rights litigation practice in January, 1991.

My mission as an employment litigator is to restore dignity to the workplace one case at a time and ensure that my clients receive the compensation, restored reputation, and/or positon they are due. Over the past 30+ years, as my executive clients have started up or joined thriving companies, my practice has expanded to representing corporate clients on employment matters as well as in commercial litigation.
