Never picks up I call and call and she never get back to me she I have try to ask about my case and still don’t get help now I have court tomorrow and she don’t help at all she has not pick up to let her know

Smart
She was pleasant and intelligent helped quickly. I was actually a disgruntled client because we were dealing with the ol switch HOA management and unknown fees. By the end of the conversation I understood she was willing and able to help. Thanks Thanks!

Terrible follow-through and lack of communication
Vy promised the world on the initial consultation and then lacked any type of follow-through after I hired her. She was very uninvolved in my case. I had to email and call multiple times and almost never got a response. She finally quit responding and kept my retainer.
