Robert Q. Medina

In my experience, Robert is the worst attorney. I feel like he didn't want to work on my case and made excuses as to why work wasn't done. Initially, he appeared present to answer, but after a few months, he began to lose contact. He would never respond to my emails and claimed he received 100+ email...s a day, but when I called and left a message, he would never answer or return my call. To save you from a headache if your case is not easy, don’t hire him.

I have had several attorneys for custody modifications. Mr. Medina has been the best so far! He knows what he’s doing, knowledgeable, professional, organized. He was by far one of the most affordable. I’ve had attorneys quit on me after their retainer was spent. He is definitely not one to do the ba...re minimum just to get paid. He handled business and got more accomplished than I expected.

There really isn’t enough space in this review to truly explain Robert’s qualities. I was involved in a very long, complex divorce and contested custody matter that was emotionally exhausting. Mr. Medina is ALWAYS PREPARED and never caught off guard no matter what opposing counsel may have had up their sleeve. With his experience and analytical skills he was able to resolve my case and get me more than what I ever thought I could get or even expected. He always takes the time to listen and understand your issues and concerns. Mr. Medina and/ or someone from his knowledgeable staff will always return calls within a reasonable time period and treat you with respect. They are very professional, considerate and accommodating. Robert deserves more than a 5-Star review. I would highly recommend Robert Medina and his staff any day!

Mr. Medina represented me on a recent case where I wasn't to sure of the outcome. He was patient, understanding, informative and very helpful.
