Faran Foy Whitaker

My experience with Ms Whitaker was a huge waste of time and resources due to her not showing up to key court dates including the initial court date. This caused a spiral to lots of wasted time and excuses from Ms Whitaker. Ms Whitaker shows up great for consultation, but lacks follow through on ...actual representation. Would not recommend.

When I had a consultation with Ms. Whitaker she was very helpful. But after the hire, I never talked to her again and her paralegals were very unresponsive . The legal advice that I did obtain from the team was inaccurate, and my husband was detained at immigration due to their misguidance. During th...is stressful time, no one would return calls or emails. Their negligent legal counsel has put my husband and I at a worse place than we started, and I truly hope no one else has their life altered due to their incompetency.

I am working with a friend right now whose last 6 months and marriage has been completely ruined by Whitaker Law. Her husband is currently detained at a customs cell after selling his home and leaving his job, due to the advice and instructions from Faran Whitaker. For months she has been working rel...igiously to get proper advice from them and when they finally do provide the slightest 'legal advice' it results in something that should be perfectly lawful and joyful becoming a literal prison. Other people must be warned and I am currently gathering information on how she can pursue this and report it to the bar.
