Let me began by saying to all the bad and negative review's , you choose to be a spiteful and miserable individual, Ms Cardenas never claimed tp be God she's a Attorney who know's and follows the Law. Yes the statement about not returning calls is true to a degree ! She does return when she has done ...here assignment for that day. Its clear idiots like ya,ll don't know. Procedures in Court she can't just drop what she doing... And as far as the Money your Damm right she ask for the Money dident you know Attorney get BURN too....This Women has been faithful to me Start to End she has been in my life through out in Court she's a pit bull not accepting any Bullshit the defense's is presenting....she True all the way..she will never give up !!!! Her strategy is always on point... Im proud to say she's been my Attorney and Good Friend. A word from the wise be Patient and allow always the Attorney to do there job....

This woman is amazing, she is compassionate and cares about the people she is working with, she will answer at all times and any day during the week. Rose will answer my calls and my emails, she is the best, she is straight forward and to the point and will see past your BS if you try to lie to her. ...She is very detail oriented, extremely knowledgeable, she does not play when it comes to court and everyone knows her at the court house, she is well established with the judges. She was appointed on my case as an amicus and she is fair and hears you out. If I ever needed to hire an attorney again, I would definitely hire her. I know if she would have been my attorney from the beginning, I would have won my case a long time ago.

Rose is about the worst lawyer ive seen. She took on our case but never told us anything that was going on. I would call her with no response. She never talked with me about getting any evidence from me the entire time. She just talks over you so you never get your point across. Then she dismisses th...e case Really I couldnt believe she did that without asking us. Now I dont know what to do. This has been over two years of basically nothing happening . In the end you feel like she worked for the other side , and I will be reporting her to the board. Please if your looking for a lawyer look elsewhere.

Rose comes across as very compassionate & strong. She gains your trust. In the beginning she seemed very responsive & showed great diligence in my case. Then came the red flags! She answered none of my emails which made me suspicious (not wanting anything in writing?) I caught her in several lies! La...st I talked with her...she said, let me call you back....that's been about a year ago. I got nothing for my money!
