We were sued by a customer is another state who alleged we had wronged them. We are a reseller for cable/telco companies around the country. The customer was mistaken that we were the seller, he had received our ads and believed he signed up with up, but in fact he had not. What should have been r...elatively simple turned into a very complex matter when the plantiff, a former practicing plantiff's attorney, continued to escalate the case. Mr. Holmes had to find us local representation in Virginia to protect our interest. He handled the entire issue beyond the discovery with the other attorney.
