I have hired Attorney Steven Pham back in 2015 on a very difficult case that almost everyone refuses. Mr. Pham helped me resolved the issue with very reasonable rates. Since then, I have always go to Mr. Pham for all of my legal matters. Very professional, extremely honest...he does not tell me what... I want to hear but rather what I need to know about every business transactions, as well as litigation! I haven't got a chance to write a review regarding Mr. Pham before, but happened to read 2 of the not so happy reviews here and it makes me feels uneasy. It doesn't sound anything like my experience. Mr. Pham has always been very responsive to my calls and concerns, and he's always very upfront with me about his expectations and my responsibilities. I highly recommend Mr. Pham for all business, real estate and immigration matters, transactional wise as well as resolving potential law suits.

I don`t normally leave bad reviews because usually people part ways amicably. That wasn`t the case with this attorney after years of doing business with him. At first everything was great. He even worked out a payment plan for us. Then all of a sudden he stopped responding to calls, texts and e-mails.... The only way I was finally able to contact him was when I called him anonymously. We decided to part ways at that time since he didn't have a good explanation for his silence. To make matters worse, he kept the documents he was supposed to file for us. I would NOT recommend him or his services to anyone. He is rude, incompetent, unprofessional and childish. Shop around for somebody else that can finish the job once they start it. You`ve been warned!

I should have reached out to Steven sooner regarding my issue. I kind of put us in a time crunch, but he was able to get everything done as needed. I shopped around for civil representation and kept seeing his name regarding a civil/common law/eviction matters in Harris County.. I was on the fenc...e to procure serious representation, but selected Steven based on his experience and education. I respect his experience and credentials, but after meeting with him I felt comfortable he could handle my case. Overall, I can tell you he checked out. He showed me my options and listed the risks concerning my case. Some things came up that were embarrassing and at times I was demanding in my needs, but I remained transparent to let him have all the information he needed to represent me fully. I would recommend getting him everything he needs 2 weeks before your court date. I did not do this and felt I put him in a time crunch. But, I was very surprised in his professionalism and how he represented me given how fast things were developing. I brought all the documents he requested, the witnesses needed, but in the end I told him its his show. If you need somebody who does not back down or take BS I think Steven is your guy. Don't underestimate a good attorney. Meet him in person and evaluate him. He is a fighter and will fight for you. I don't know about the bad review on yelp before me, but my experience was positive. He got the best result I could get. I know most of the reviews he has is on immigration, but Steven is a great negotiator, and does not back down. He had some interesting things to say through the process, and even no matter what facts came up he was always professional and let me know what I was facing. One word of advice; don't try to stop him from being your attorney let him control the flow. Thanks Steven!
