I would credit Sunita Kapoor and her team for helping me with securing I-140 approval in EB1A category. I had initiated and submitted my EB1A petition to USCIS with a different immigration firm but noticed lack of interest when USCIS issued RFE to my application. The firm I was working with then, ...charged me additional 50% fees to respond to RFE but did not show any motivation in working towards the RFE responses and even encouraged me to withdraw my petition (stating there is very little to none chance of approval). That's when I reached out to Sunita's team and quickly realized how motivated they were to help me with my case. She provided 2 (might be 3) consultations to help me understand how her team would help and answer any concerns I may have had even before signing a retainer.
