I'm qualified to write this review since I retained Attorney Sunita to represent me for EB-1A case. Right from the initial consultation till the I-140 approval (no RFE), she demonstrated that her team is on the top of their craft. I had approached her initially to talk about H1B stamping issues, and ...to evaluate my credentials for EB-1A. She interviewed me and asked "why do you think you are extraordinary?" This clearly demonstrated that she wants to take winnable cases rather than to keep the cash register ringing. She gets a gut feeling just by looking at the resume and through conversation whether we have a case or not. Having been an immigrant herself, she knows every letter, word and interpretation in the immigration book and how it can apply to a particular case and use it to our advantage.
