Sunita Thereja Kapoor and her legal immigration team are absolute stalwarts! They are professional, highly knowledgable and yet compassionate. I am going through the process of a RFE on my wife's pending I485 application. The RFE was issued because my wife went out of status for a period of 2 yea...rs quite some time back as her dependant work visa was not filed due to a clerical oversight.
