The Lane Law Firm is absolutely fabulous! They are professional, courteous and brilliant at what they do. After exiting a year long Forbearance Plan ( due to Covid) my mortgage company refused to work with me on a repayment plan or a loan modification. Mike Baker the Finance Manager set up a payment plan that worked best for me and sent monthly statements that kept me up to date on the financial end. What can I say about my attorney Josh Gordon, other than he is brilliant and one of the best in his field. He is a fierce advocate and fighter for his clients and the banks and mortgage companies know this... when Josh speaks they listen! He got my loan modification AND a settlement ( which I wasn’t expecting)! The Lane Law Firm is a well oiled machine that does exactly what you need, someone to FIGHT for you! Services were good and results productive. Only suggestion would be for law firm to send monthly 'status updates'. This case took several months to come to a conclusion, through mediation, Dec 2020, resolved Nov 2021. There were big gap of silence from Jan '21 thru May '21 and then again from July '2...1 until Oct '21. Very happy with mediation process that brought this to a satisfactory conclusion.
